Child's Initial Enrolment Form

Yuma, and Welcome to Woden Valley Early Learning Centre!

Starting early learning journey is a special time for families. Your child can look forward to engaging in new experiences, developing friendships, and learning valuable lifelong skills. Before your child starts, there are some things you can do to help ensure your child enjoys a smooth transition.

Please complete all relevant sections of your child’s enrolment form and submit it to the centre before they start. This is a regulatory requirement, and it will help educators understand your child's needs. It is extremely important to keep your enrolments up to date all the time.

Orientation Schedule Form

Orientation sessions are mandatory and crucial components of our transition process for both new and existing families. Our primary goal is to ensure that children feel safe and supported in their environments while becoming familiar with educators and peers before officially starting. While we understand that some children may settle faster than others, it is a requirement of our enrollment process that each child completes a minimum of 5 visits. We are pleased to inform you that all our orientation sessions are provided free of charge.
